Return and Refund Policy

At Aero Goods Hub we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we want to make it right. Please follow our return and refund process:

RETURN REQUEST METHOD: -

1) Also, must provide complete buying evidence which includes (product photo, it’s original packaging, and receipt)

2) After receiving returning request our product support management will verify the given evidence. Based on that evidence, we’ll process your request.

3) The time limit of returning the item after receiving the product will be of 7 days. Note, that after 7 days we’ll not process your product return application.

4) Product should be in perfect condition, with it’s all components and should be unused.

5) We remind you that replacements are not accepted for product size changes. Only the products that can be returned either, will be damaged, defective or incorrect.

6) When your returned product will reach at the warehouse then, we’ll start the process of refunding payment method. Within 14 business days you’ll receive the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

Please inform us of any damage or defects within 24 hours of delivery. Ensure you provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our product support team will review your claim and determine its eligibility for a refund or replacement. If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
